Laboratory Technician

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Laboratory Technician to support our R&D team in exploring new chemical compounds and improving existing products. The successful candidate will assist in conducting experiments, preparing samples, and ensuring lab safety protocols are followed at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct experiments and analyze results to support R&D projects.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure they are calibrated and functional.
• Prepare and document lab samples and results for further analysis.
• Assist senior scientists with various research tasks.
• Follow strict safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized lab environment.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior management.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a chemical or pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiarity with lab safety protocols and handling hazardous chemicals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
